Forms of Payment Accepted:
Payments on this website are processed securely through PayPal using your debit card, credit card or PayPal transfer. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase with credit or debit card. When purchasing through a third-party affiliate site, your payment will be processed under that party’s terms and accepted payment methods.
Ordering:
Most products may be ordered directly on our website. As we may use multiple drop-shippers, some items will direct you to the actual shipper’s website for final purchase. In these cases, your information is still secure, it just means that those items will ship from that particular location. Think Amazon!
When to Expect Your Order:
Most items will ship within 4-7 business days of receiving your online order. Depending on your ship-to location, it could take 1-5 business days in transit.
RETURNS: Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date and must be returned in the same condition they were received. If you wish to return an item please email us at RemeliEnterprises@gmail.com let us know prior to sending the merchandise back. In most cases the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For merchandise being returned, credit will be given for the amount of the order less the ACTUAL shipping cost. For exchanges the customer would be responsible for the ACTUAL shipping cost from the warehouse back to the customer. Please include a note with the return with your name, phone number, and reason for returning the item. SPECIAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Returned products may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
REFUNDS: Refunds will be given for returned merchandise only if authorization was apporved. ACTUAL shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount (ie. $7.00 flat rate is NOT the actual cost to ship the items.) Refunds will not be given for damaged or used merchandise.
DAMAGES: If there is damage to the package noticed during receipt of the order please inspect the items with the carrier driver. Have the driver note the damage. Email us to let us know of the damaged products so we can get your replacements out to you. Keep the damaged items for at least 5 business days in case there is an inspection needed by the carrier.
